And yet, the concept of dance dramaturgy remains controversial in some contexts, and dance dramaturgs continue to negotiate their role and advocate for its acceptance.&nbsp;This series of dance dramaturgy sessions offers the opportunities to explore the dramaturgical process of choreographer\/dancer Pichet Klunchun, one of the representatives in Asian performing arts, along with his dramaturgs in the previous and future productions. Their collaborations also clarify the cultural politics within\/from Asia together with the legacy of the TPAM\/YPAM.
